At The Kaira Store, we prioritize customer satisfaction and product quality. However, due to the nature of our cosmetic products:
1. No Refunds or Exchanges
- We strictly do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is made.
2. Damaged/Defective Products
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos at kaira@thekairastore.com.
- Each case will be reviewed individually, and where applicable, a replacement may be arranged.
3. Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages
- Orders returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed delivery will not be refunded.
